Fantastic, fantastic FANTASTIC!! Finally! A buffet that impresses all five senses! Everything here is absolutely amazing, service, staff, atmosphere the FOOD -the value is unreal! The first thing you'll notice is the line, do not be deterred! I would have waited hours to dine there. The staff addressed the wait times by offering diners a 'place card' and a time to return, thus cutting down on the ever-winding line of hungry patrons and allowing you the opportunity to play some black jack. The whole place is beautiful, I especially appreciated the light fixtures above the cashiers. (You'll see what I mean when you get there, keep in mind the M Resort is owned by Marnell Construction) We were greeted immediately by our beautiful server who returned before we did with our drinks, already looking good. I might mention that Studio B is bigger than my 4 bedroom house. It's massive. A beautiful circular design with the buffet line circumventing the dining area. Beautiful decore, modern and warm. Simple seating, clean and attractive. I really appreciated the TV's too. Above the buffet line to the left as you enter you'll notice screens across the length of the restaurant in a wave pattern, showing clips of everything from the menu for the day to Betty Boop and butterflies :)

After meandering down an extensive buffet line featuring everything from Mexican, Italian, Asian, American, rotisserie, grills, soups, salads, meats and cheeses and more, I discovered a first: A SOUP bar! Complete with a variety of gourmet breads and spreadable room temperature real butter. They thought of everything! the selection of dishes and stations isn't soley what impressed me, it was the quality of the foods offered. Many buffets boast an extenstive variety, but rarely can one consistently offer exceptional dishes in each station; Studio B delivers!

One of my favorite dishes was a rather simple looking penne with a creamy marinara sauce; oh how looks can be deceiving. This is one of the most flavorful pasta dishes I've ever had!  The macaroni and cheese is another plain looking dish, but one I insist you try. The cheese sauce was masterfully created. Very, very good. Finally I made my way to the dessert station. So pretty. You'll be impressed wth the sugar scultpures and designer cakes, but wait till you try what these chefs cooked up! Molten chocolate cakes (MUST have milk with this!), pies, tartes, cookies, gelato, a coffee bar, pretty little gourmet creations, ooh la la!

The buffet features 'live action' stations,  which means the chefs are working their tails off before your very eyes, and boy were they! I was exceedingly impressed with the service. Everyone from our waitress to the hostess, chef and even management, made it a personal goal to see to our satisfaction, and everyone elses. I sincerely appreciate that. (However, I must admit the second night's server was less than stellar) I had a rather difficult time working on this review. Everything left me so speechless, and there are only so many ways to put 'fantastic.' I didn't say much during dinner, other than, "ooh! Oh my gosh! This is Soo good! and Mmmm!" I was happily scribbling away notes, as I usually do, writing down things I've tried with notes and captions. I actually ran out of room on a page of my planner. It was that awesome. We went back the very next night, and if I weren't afraid of an expanding waistline, I'd go every night!

Bottom line in a word: Impossible. Impossible that a buffet could score 5’s across the board, impossible that everything could be fresh, flavorful, available… everything. The place is fantastic, definitely deserving of fives. I strongly recommend Studio B to you. Take everyone you know, you’re guaranteed to have an excellent night!
