FEATURED SERVERS

CHAD NORRIS The Melting Pot March, 2009                                                                    Rating: FIVE STARS!!!

Mr. Norris has perfect timing! He presented a full four course dinner with each dish arriving at near perfect intervals. Drinks were always full, we always had something in front of us and he was extremely proffessional. We enjoyed a unique dining experience in which the food is cooked at the table, for us by us. Mr. Norris walked us through the procedure and ecouraged us to 'experiment' with an array of spicy sauces. Knowing he had many tables at the same time impressed us all the more. He's our FIRST server to receive this special recognition! When you go, be sure to ask for him! He'll make your night!  Be sure to tell him we sent you, and to keep up the good work!!

Appearance: Excellent! You could tell the guy didn't just roll out of bed in yesterday's uniform

Attentiveness: PERFECT! We had everything we needed, when we needed it. Even a cleaned table between courses!

Attitude: Wondeful! Chad made us feel welcome. He was generally interested in us as guests, and we enjoyed his company.

Awareness: SPOT ON! He knew when to be there, and when not to be! Chad Norris, YOU are excellent!

Servers are rated by BestAndWorst's Four A's:

Please rate from 1-5, five being the greatest ever, and one is hoping you’re never served by them again!

Appearance: Did your server look like they cared about their appearance? Clean uniform? Well groomed?

Attentiveness: Was your glass half empty or half full? Did you find yourself constantly asking for things or did your server anticipate your needs?

Attitude: ‘It’s time for me to go home so get out of here,’ or ‘you’re my only customer and I’m here to see to your needs’ How'd your server make you feel?

Awareness: Was your server magically there when you needed them, but left you alone when you didn't? Were they perceptive of your needs or constantly asking? If your server was a mind reader, give them a 5!
